This sun-infused contemporary Santa Fe home and guest casita is perched on a ridge with expansive views of the Sangre de Cristo, Jemez and Ortiz Mountains. Serquis + Associates played with outdoor – indoor connections, in no fewer than four gardens and six portals keeping the owners in touch with the surrounding landscape and those amazing mountain views.
Picking from a pallet of materials, textures, and hard scape choices to complement the architecture each unique outdoor space tells a different story. Art and native plants are used to set the stage for public or private interactions in this fabulous home.
