LANDSCAPE DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER
Landscape Design Project Manager with Paglayan Serquis LLC dba Serquis & Associates LLC (Santa Fe, NM).
Job Description:
Responsible for leading landscape projects from start to finish, from initial programming and conceptual design through design development, construction documentation, and construction execution management.
- Oversee timelines and task completion to ensure successful project delivery.
- Actively participate in the studio’s areas of project management and quality management.
- Work directly with clients and end users through all project phases, improving their process and flow.
- Lead construction permit process.
- Coordinate with consultant teams, suppliers, and builders.
- Manage and oversee construction with excellent criteria.
- Mentor and teach staff and build overall capacity of the firm’s teams.
- Engage in continual research, teaching and dialog on landscape design innovations.
- Lead pursuits of new projects, clients, and markets.
- Engage and participate firm-wide in all projects.
Requirements:
Requires master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture and 1 year of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience as architect or landscape architect OR bachelor’s degree Landscape Architecture or Architecture and 3 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience as architect or landscape architect.
- Must demonstrate high proficiency in each of the following skills, supported by examples of executed project work: Hand Illustration and Graphic Communication.
- Design Software Suites: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp.
- Programming and Analysis; Landscape Architecture Design and Management.
- Construction Permit Administration.
- Construction Execution Management and Oversight.
- Project Management: including scope and budget management, working directly with clients, consultant team coordination, managing meetings and leading presentations.
